Residential Lifts

Residential Lifts

Not every lift we provide or maintain is in a high rise and premium building. As you would expect of a company with a reputation for reliability, many of our customers manage residential buildings and apartments across Australia. These range from low, medium to high rise privately and shared ownership blocks along with authority and association owned properties. However, irrespective of profile, they all have one thing in common and that’s residents. All need their residential lifts to be safe, reliable and easy to use with access for wheelchairs, prams or any other mobility equipment.

Importantly in the residential sector, there is an essential need for friendly and informative customer communication, crucial when engineers are working close to someone’s home.

We also know that noise can be a significant issue in a residential building, so when specifying a new lift or modernization of an existing one, we go out of our way to make sure the smooth integration of moving lift components takes priority at all times.

The lift drive systems are placed within, or adjacent to the lift shaft; therefore a separate motor room is not required. Often this will free up valuable space for an alternative use for the machine room and in case of a new build, cut construction costs.

When it comes to maintaining a residential lift we always endeavor to keep noise levels and fault down to a minimum and ensure that all are informed of the lift’s status and its expected return to service time.

Our residential lifts range from 320kg to 1600kg and travel at speed between 1.0m/s to 3.5m/s (depends on load). As with all of our services, our passenger lift installations include a wide range of benefits. They include:

  • Full survey and free quotation
  • Design advice and free consultation
  • Up to date technology equipment
  • Genuine factory warranty longer lifespan
  • High-quality safety compliance
  • Defect Liability Period included at FOC
  • One year comprehensive maintenance free of charge
